What Are the Key Implementation Dates?

August: Declare recycled content (Li, Ni, Co, Pb)

February: DPP required with responsible sourcing, composition, recycled content, state of health, durability, & QR code

August: Due diligence obligations (Articles 48. 49, 50 and 52 [Article 48 (1)]), CO2 performance classification

2026

March: ESPR Delivery of DPP standards by CEN/CENLEC JTC24
